چکیده
Flowering is the first of several events that lay foundation for mango production every year. The temperatures below 15°C readily promote floral induction. Decrease in temperature 20 0C common sub-tropical regions but seldom occurs many tropical ones. So, an alternative strategy optimum flower initiation under condition essentially required increasing productivity plant. Among different strategies evolved, paclobutrazol and potassium nitrate application effective not only induction also early offseason mango. Hence, experiment was conducted to study effect on flowering, fruit yield quality Amrapali (Mangifera indica L.) plants grown plant spacings at Horticultural Research Station, OUAT, Bhubaneswar during 2018-19 2019-20. laid out a Factorial Randomized Block Design with 24 treatment combinations 2 replications. consist four levels (2.0 x 2.0 m, 4.0 8.0 m) 6 chemical treatments ([email protected], 0.50 0.75 g a.i. per meter canopy spread KNO3@ 2% 4%) control water application. results revealed spaced m recorded maximum flowering intensity (82.48%), set percentage (6.47%) (11.12 kg/tree). Whereas parameters like TSS, acidity, reducing sugar, total ß carotene content are significantly influenced by either due spacing or inducer such as nitrate.

Data on enterobacteria activity on biofilm formation at surface mango fruit (Mangifera indica L.) cv Ataulfo
Abiotic factors influenced the capacity of the strains to form biofilms. Classification of the adhesion type is related with the optical density measured on the biofilm formation of tested strains. The relationship between the biofilm formation in real values with theoretical values of the strains was used to determine the mechanism involved during mixed cultures.
متن کاملEffect of foliar application of micronutrients on the quality of mango (Mangifera indica L.) cv. Dusehri fruit
The present study was aimed to determine the effect of foliar application of micronutrients (Fe, B and Zn) on the quality of mango (Mangifera indica L.) cv. Dusehri plants. For this purpose, 21 healthy, full bearing and mature (20-25 years old) trees were subjected to foliar application of different combinations of FeSO4, H3BO3 and ZnSO4 before flowering and at full bloom stage. Results reveale...

Abscission and Ethylene Production in Mango (mangifera Indica L) Fruit Cv. Tommy Atkins1
Rates of fruit drop and remaining fruited pan icles were monitored in the field for 96 days beginning on April 1, 1983. More than 90% of total fruit drop occurred within the first 4 wk, and final fruit set was 0.61%. Per centage of fruited panicles remained constant for the first 3 wk, decreasing sharply to 40% by the 6th week, and ending at 11.7% at harvest. Of the fruit which reached maturity...
